SCOTUS votes on electoral college.

@NinaTotenberg weren't we all taught in American history that the purpose of the electoral college was to be a final check on a tyrant that duped the electorate? I certainly was, so were @PollyBaca1 and I imagine many others of our elected representatives when they were not allowed to fulfill their moral obligation.
