That's the daily mantra of winning campaigns. The best time to start moving forward is right now as you read this. Commit yourself in your own mind. Or if you can't, that's what to work on today and each day until you can.

Don't declare publicly. Don't start writing a plan. Carve out some time and listen. One good way to do that is to start or join an Online dialogue group such as the SBCC Online Socrates Cafe.
